What we make
Every CAPHEAD hat starts with a premium blank (Richardson and Yupoong truckers) and your logo. We cut your patch from genuine top-grain leather, engrave it on our laser engraver here in Burnaby, seal it with an acrylic topcoat, and apply it to the exact hat you picked. Leather takes an engraving deep and permanent, the natural grain shows through, and natural tan leather develops a honey-toned patina over time.
How we work
Nothing is made until you approve a digital proof of your logo on your patch, on your hat, in your colours. If the size, placement, or shape is not right, we fix it at the proof stage, not after production. And if you ask for a free mockup, we do not send a computer rendering. We build your actual patch, put it on your actual hat, and photograph the real thing. What you see in that photo is literally what arrives at your door.
One hat or a whole crew
There is no minimum order at CAPHEAD. Order a single hat for yourself, or outfit the whole team. Per-hat pricing drops as quantities rise, and shipping is free anywhere in Canada on orders of two or more hats. Every order, big or small, gets the same proof, the same leather, and the same final check against your approved proof before it ships.
