Custom products are final sale. Each CAPHEAD hat is customized and individually crafted just for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to buyer’s remorse, change of preference, or second thoughts.
Our guarantee—if we make it wrong, we’ll make it right
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your hat is damaged, defective, or differs from the approved digital proof—regardless of the reason—we’ll fix the issue at no cost to you, including paid return postage, and offer a replacement or a full refund.
What qualifies for a refund or replacement:

Errors in size, colour, or logo placement compared to your approved proof

How to request a replacement or refund:
