Because each CAPHEAD hat is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or preference.
What we do guarantee If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or inconsistent with the approved proof, we’ll make it right — at no cost to you, including return postage.
Qualifying issues include: • Faulty materials (e.g. cracked patch, misengraving, torn) • Discrepancy in size, colour, or logo placement vs your approved proof
When refunds or replacements do not apply: • Change of mind (e.g. style, colour, logo) • Normal wear and tear • Modifications made post-delivery
