Shipping policy

Every CAPHEAD hat is made to order. Production begins once you approve your digital proof, and orders are typically ready to ship within 14 business days of proof approval.

We ship within Canada only, from Burnaby, BC. Shipping is a flat $12.00 CAD for a single hat, and free on orders of two or more hats.

Estimated delivery within Canada is 8 to 10 business days after your order ships, depending on your province. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery estimates are guidance, not a guarantee. Weather, carrier delays, and remote locations can add time. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us at hi@caphead.ca before ordering and we will do our best to help.
